A Brooklyn company moving the riders who can't afford a late ride
NYC Transportation Group runs a New York black car base in Bay Ridge. Our independent drivers carry Access-A-Ride passengers, many of them older New Yorkers and people with disabilities, to the places that matter in their day.

How it works
From application to first trip
Applying and signing happen in one visit to our office.

Enter your details and photograph your documents. No paper forms.
Read and sign
Read each agreement on screen and sign once. A copy is emailed to you.
Start driving
Once you're approved, pick up your vehicle and take your first trips.
Questions
Driver questions, answered
Do I need my own car?
No. You can drive your own vehicle or rent one of ours on a weekly agreement. The weekly rate is written in your agreement before you sign.
How and when am I paid?
You receive a weekly payment statement, and you are paid with each weekly settlement.
Who pays the tolls?
Use your own E-ZPass. Tolls on trips with a passenger in the vehicle are reimbursed in full once your E-ZPass statement shows the charge. Tolls without a passenger on board are not reimbursed.
Are the deposits refundable?
Yes. The traffic and toll deposits are held only to cover documented violations during your rental. If there are none, both are refunded in full after the vehicle is returned.
Do I get a copy of what I sign?
Yes. You read every agreement on our tablet before signing, and the signed copy is emailed to you.
